History

We work hand-in-hand with the travel and hospitality industry’s leading names, helping them evolve, thrive, improve profitability and find the right partners for their next phase of growth.

Early years: PACE was founded in 2010 and initially focused on performance improvement and business architecture design to aid companies in delivering meaningful change and making more impactful investments. Our expertise includes thought leadership, corporate and strategy development, and improving organisation readiness for successfully navigating disruption.

Industry coverage grows: Following a successful career, most recently as a senior vice president and board member at Hilton, PACE Dimensions’ founder Tim Davis established the business initially focused on hospitality consulting. As PACE grew, it’s research and management consultancy powered investment decisions and growth across the travel, leisure and hospitality sectors.

Range of clients: Over the last decade, PACE’s clients have included accommodation rental and hotel brands, management companies, real estate investment companies, online retailers, digital media, travel management companies, tour operators and distribution and marketing businesses serving the travel and hospitality industry. PACE’s consultants also advise private equity firms, investment banks and global industry associations on the trends and disruptions that are shaping the future of the sector.

Research development: As disruption becomes the new normal, PACE has developed its own research capabilities and methodologies that aid businesses in planning for the next cycle of change. Delivering both bespoke research reports, and industry trend monitoring, PACE continues to provide travel and hospitality businesses with the tools and insight to be resilient in an uncertain world.

Today: The PACE Dimensions team of travel and hospitality management consultants support businesses in setting new goals, and smoothly delivering the change programmes required to reach these ambitions
