Tim takes a hands-on role in on-going projects at PACE, offering over twenty years of experience in senior management roles for global companies.
Prior to founding PACE, Tim was a Senior Vice President at Hilton Hotels Corporation for twelve years where he led departments with responsibility for Marketing, Distribution & eCommerce, Commercial Development, and IT. His achievements include the management of two major post-merger integrations, significantly improving performance. Also the creation, from scratch, of Hilton’s eCommerce capabilities – these took online sales to US$3.5bn in five years.
Previous roles include Marketing Director at Hughes Olivetti Telecom, Head of Multinational Sales at Galileo International and a stint as an Officer in the Royal Marines.
Tim’s industry experience includes technology, communications, media and travel, hospitality and leisure. His domain expertise areas are marketing, sales distribution and revenue management and IT.
Tim also has extensive experience in corporate development, high-level implementation and change management, with projects comprising multi-year transformation programmes across multiple countries.
